How long does it take to build?
A simple website is ready in about two weeks. More complex projects and online stores take longer; we confirm the deadline in the quote.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes. We keep existing URLs or set up redirects so you don’t lose search visibility.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, by arrangement in the Goriška region. We can also work entirely by email and phone.
Advertising
What do I pay Google and what do I pay you?
Two separate items: the ad budget goes to Google or Meta, and the management fee goes to us.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No. The campaign can be stopped at the end of the month.
SEO and GEO
What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO is about ranking in search engines; GEO is about making sure AI systems understand you and cite you in their answers. The two complement each other.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Nobody can guarantee a ranking or a mention in an AI answer. We provide a solid technical foundation, clear content and regular measurement.
When do the first results appear?
First improvements are often visible within a few weeks, with more stable results usually within a few months. It depends on the competition and the starting point.
Is SEO a one-off thing?
No. Search engines and competitors’ content keep changing, so optimisation is ongoing work.

What AI solutions do you offer?
Currently we present Tatjana, a voice agent for phone calls, and Nero, a project management tool that is still in development.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set the solution up; you use it like any ordinary tool.
What happens to my data?
We process data in accordance with the GDPR. Details are in the privacy policy.

What can Tatjana do?
She takes calls, answers frequently asked questions and directs customers to the right person or service. She is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Will the customer know they are speaking to artificial intelligence?
Yes. We inform the caller that they are speaking to an AI agent.
What if the customer wants to speak to a human?
Tatjana transfers them, or they can call your number directly.
Does it also work via web chat?
Yes, by phone and web chat. We agree on what makes sense for your business.
