How we handle personal data on the website kreativnisplet.si in accordance with the GDPR and ZVOP-2.

2. What data we process and how we collect it
2.1 Contact form
Name and surname, company (optional), email and message. The data is sent to our email inbox and stored in the website administration (only we have access).
2.2 Questionnaire
Name and surname, email, company name and website, description of activity, target customers, competitors, goals and approximate advertising budget, and content preferences. The data is sent to our email inbox and stored in the website administration (only we have access).
2.3 Direct contact
If you write to us, call us or message us via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide yourself.
2.4 Calling the AI voice agent Tatjana
If you call 05 777 41 24, your voice and the content of the conversation are processed by computer (speech recognition and synthesis) so that the agent can respond. You are speaking with artificial intelligence, not a human. To handle the call we process the phone number, the time of the call and the content of the conversation. If you want to speak to a human, call us on 031 455 881.
2.5 Visit analytics
If you allow statistics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (via the Site Kit plugin). It collects anonymised visit data (pages visited, device type, approximate location, source of the visit). Without your consent, analytics is not loaded.
2.6 Server logs
The host automatically records the IP address, time, requested address and browser type. The records serve security and troubleshooting.

Comments on the website are not enabled.

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects for you.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the website and services (processors):
- Hosting provider – storing the website and server logs.
- Email and hosting provider – transmission and storage of messages from forms.
- Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics, only with your consent. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
- Speech and AI service providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure) – speech recognition and synthesis for calls with the agent Tatjana.
- Accountant – only the data needed for invoices.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we do so only with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and questionnaires that do not lead to cooperation: up to 24 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Customer data and cooperation documentation: for the duration of the contract and then for the statutory periods.
- Invoices: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Data about calls to Tatjana: up to 12 months, unless longer is needed to resolve your request.
- Google Analytics: up to 14 months.
- Cookie consent: 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time (cookie settings), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send your request to info@kreativnisplet.si; we reply within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana.
7. Security
The website is protected with HTTPS. Access to the administration is restricted and protected, and software is updated regularly.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
