General terms and conditions
3.1 Who we are
Services are provided by Nejc Perkon s.p., trading under the brand Kreativni Splet, Preserje 16, 5295 Branik. These terms apply to the use of the website kreativnisplet.si and to enquiries submitted through it.
3.2 Prices
Prices published on the website are starting prices and are marked “price from”:

VAT is not charged under Article 94(1) of the VAT Act (ZDDV-1) — we are not a VAT payer. The stated prices are therefore final and no VAT is added. The final price depends on the scope of the project and is confirmed in a written quote. Published prices are not a binding offer under the law of obligations — only the quote we prepare for a specific project is binding.
3.3 How we work together
- Free consultation — a conversation about goals, audience and competitors. No obligation.
- Quote — we prepare it within 24 hours of the consultation.
- Design and prototype — a visual proposal with rounds of revisions.
- Development — built with basic SEO optimisation included.
- Launch and support — the website goes live and we remain available for maintenance.
The agreement is concluded when the client confirms the quote in writing.
3.4 Delivery times
Indicative deadlines stated on the website: a simple website about 2 weeks, more complex projects 3 to 4 weeks, depending on scope. Deadlines run from confirmation of the quote and receipt of all the client’s required materials (copy, photos, access, logo). Delays in providing materials extend the deadline accordingly.
3.5 Client’s obligations
- timely provision of copy, photos and access;
- a guarantee that they have the right to use the materials provided;
- appointing a contact person for approvals.
The client is responsible for the content they provide.
3.6 Maintenance
Maintenance packages include WordPress updates, security monitoring, backups and minor content changes. Maintenance is not included in the build price and is billed monthly.
3.7 What is not included
The build price does not include costs the client pays to third parties unless expressly agreed otherwise: domain, hosting, licences for templates and plugins, Shopify subscription, purchase of stock photos, and the advertising budget, which is paid directly to the Meta or Google platforms.
3.8 Limitation of liability
For SEO and advertising services we strive for the best possible result, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volume or sales. These depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitors and market conditions.
3.9 References
A completed project may be published among the references on this website and on social media. If you do not wish this, let us know and we will not publish it.
3.10 Governing law
The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies to these relationships. We resolve any disputes amicably; if that is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia has jurisdiction.
